All in all, 2014 has been an exciting year both for us and for the Eurovision Song Contest. Austria’s Conchita Wurst won the competition with her epic  entry Rise like a Phoenix thus bringing the contest to Vienna for the 2nd time. We saw the return of Portugal and Poland returning to the competition.

The highlight of the year was Denmark hosting the Eurovision Song Contest. DR, the Danish national broadcaster excelled in organizing an extraordinary Eurovision with an impressive stage and a magnificent show that mesmerised European viewers. A total of 37 countries competed for the grand prix in Copenhagen.

2015 will be taking us to the land of Swarovski Crystals, Red Bull,  Sachertorte, Wiener Schnitzel, Apfelstrudel, Schnapps, Mannerschnitten, Mozart, Haydn, Schubert, Brucker, Vienna Choir Boys, Empress Sissy, Hofburg Palace, Schönbrunn Palace, Alps, Viennese Waltz, Imperial Austria, The Sound of Music, etc. Yes, we are talking about none other than Austria and its majestic capital Vienna- host city for the 2015  Eurovision Song Contest, where a total of  39 countries are scheduled to compete at the Wiener Stadthalle on 19, 21, and 23 May!
