The fourteen children that have qualified to the Georgian final for the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be living all together starting today and for one month, in preparations for the country's final to be held on 8 October.

The 14 finalists will be living and training together in the Musical House, in the Tskneti settlement, in Tbilisi. The children will be vocally trained as well as given acting and dancing lessons by a group of expert tutors. The Musical House will be visited daily by popular Georgian artists who will share their experience with the young artists and a number of excursions has also been scheduled for them.

A special TV program will be aired three times a week (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) by GBP which will feature the children's daily activities.

More information on the finalists can be found here.

Thanks to Johnny Logan and Hold me now I fell in love with the Eurovision Song Contest, a love that's been going strong ever since with undiminished passion. My first memories date back to 1977 and the lyrics of Rock bottom, Dschinghis Khan and A ba ni bi are still engraved in my brain. I joined esctoday.com in 2006 as a junior editor after being invited by Barry Viniker, I soon became Senior Editor and during the 2007 contest in Helsinki I was appointed Head of Communications. Today I hold the post of Head of Human Resources and I am proud to be working with the best editorial team in the world.
