OGAE Greece are hosting the 22nd edition of the OGAE Song Contest after Helena Paparizou won last year's contest with Mambo. Twenty nine countries have submitted their songs and OGAE Greece have launched a special website with full information on the participants and a poll for fans.

For the first time this year, OGAE Greece have produced a special DVD with all the participating songs which will be dispatched to the clubs next week in very special, surprise packaging, Kostas Zisis, head of the OGAESC 2007 team, promises. OGAE members can vote until December 15.

The OGAESC2007 website, designed by eled.gr, offers full information on the participating countries and a chance for OGAE members to listen to the songs. Also all fans have the chance to vote (Eurovision style) for their favourite all-time OGAESC winner in the special poll on the website. Another poll will be launched on 20 September, where all fans will be able to predict this year's winner.

Thanks to Johnny Logan and Hold me now I fell in love with the Eurovision Song Contest, a love that's been going strong ever since with undiminished passion. My first memories date back to 1977 and the lyrics of Rock bottom, Dschinghis Khan and A ba ni bi are still engraved in my brain.

I joined esctoday.com in 2006 as a junior editor after being invited by Barry Viniker, I soon became Senior Editor and during the 2007 contest in Helsinki I was appointed Head of Communications. Today I hold the post of Head of Human Resources and I am proud to be working with the best editorial team in the world.
