Helena Paparizou set to conquer Dubai!

Helena Paparizou, the Greek superstar who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 and gave Greece its first Eurovision Song Contest victory is all set to conquer the Middle East. She will be performing at the 2007 Desert Rythm Festival scheduled to be held on the 26th and 27th of October at the Dubai Country Club in Dubai, UAE.

The Swedish born Greek singer has already earned name, fame and recognition throughout Europe thanks to her magnificent voice and mesmerising performances leaving the audience spellbound. Helena has participated at the Eurovision Song Contest ontwo occassions in 2001 as part of Antique (ranking 3rd) and in 2005 when she won and brought the grand prix for the very first time to Greece. Today she is one of the most successful Greek artists enjoying fame and popularity.

The Desert Rythm Festival will be blending and uniting all kinds of different musical styles and beats: Turkish, Reggae, Urban, Carribean, Italian, Indian, Western and Ethnical. Kanye West, Ziggy Marley, Madness, Black Violin, Leanne, Arash, Joss Stone, Mika and Abri will be among the the artists who will be performing at this festival. The public and audience will be able to savour the International cuisine representing the different countries and enjoy the music and dancing from around the world.
