The Swedish national final for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place this Friday, 31st August. The show will be hosted at the Vasa Theatre in Stockholm and broadcast live on TV4 at 20:00 CET. Eight singers will compete to become the fifth Swedish representative in the competition and the winner will be decided by televoting and SMS voting.
The runnig order was decided by a draw and is as follows:

- 2Times2 (Conrad, William, Shenie & Nikisha 10-12, from Stockholm) – Superstar – 09941405
- Vendela Palmgren (13, from Stockholm) – En som dig / One like you – 09941406
- Emmalisa Norrhamn (14, from Kristianstad) – Bara du kan / Only you can – 09941407
- Roshanak Hosseini (14, from Falun) – Ta min Hand / Take my hand – 09941408
Sweden has taken part in every edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest broadcast so far. The first three participations had all resulted in a 15th place, before Molly Sandén finalle made the Top 10 with her song Det finaste någon kan få: She finished third with 116 points.
