Warner Brothers is threatening Linda Bengtzing not to produce her new album unless she participates in next year's Melodifestivalen.
This is not the first time that Linda Bengtzing has had trouble with her record company. She had problems securing some of the tracks on her debut album because producers were unsure whether she could have a successful release. Linda proved them wrong with one of the most successful albums of 2006 in Sweden, riding high in the top ten for months.
Trying to support the singer, Linda Bengtzing's fans created a form online which will be used as a petition to let the Swedish formerPop Idol finalist and two-time Melodifestivalen finalistto record a new album, even if she doesn't participate in next year's MF.
