The Bulgarian representative in the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, Mariana Popova, has released a new single. The song is called Lejos (Far) and entirely performed in Spanish by her and popular singer and musician Orlin Goranov.

In 2006, Mariana Popova won the Bulgarian national with 24.05% of the votes. In Athens, she had to perform second in the semi final and did not qualify with the song Let me cry. She finished 17th with 36 points.
