The Danish album top 40 that is based on number of sold albums is still featuring Johnny Logan and DQ, and now the official CD with all the songs from the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest is making its way to the top as well. The album has just jumped 10 places to a position as 17th.
Last week we reported how the DQ album made it to the list by going straight into 11th place. This week it has fallen two places and is now to be found as 13th. The Danish representative must still see himself beaten by Three times Eurovision winner Johnny Logan who jumped one step nearer the top to this weeks number 4.
The official CD with all the 42 participating songs from the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest is for the moment selling well in Denmark despite the very low viewing figures showing a dramatic fall in the country’s interest for the Contest. For the second week in a row is to be found among the best selling albums in Denmark and it even jumped 10 places and is now in 17th position.
Interval act for the 2007 Danish final DK Rocks is after 8 weeks on the list now facing the fact that it might soon leave the top 40. Last week it was placed as number 18, but with a fall of 17 places it is now featured in 35th position.
