Yes its true! Eldar Gasimov, the 2011 Azerbaijani Eurovision winner and Zlata Ognevich ,the 2013 Ukrainian representative have joined forces and recorded a special video message with a unique inviation for you!

Eldar and Zlata Ognevich  invite you all to follow them and read the latest news about their latest song Ice and Fire and  the Eurovision Song Contest on ESCToday.com. The former Eurovision stars recorded this special message in the Kyiv.

Eldar, the 2011 Azerbaijani winner has travelled to the majestic Ukrainian capital Kyiv where he will be releasing a duet Ice and Fire with the 2013 Ukrainian Eurovision representative Zlata Ognevich . Eldar will also be on the jury at the 2014 Ukrainian JESC national final scheduled to be held on 9 August in Bukovel.

The former Eurovision stars- Eldar and Zlata Ognevich will premiere their forthcoming duet melody Ice and Fire on the 9th of August in Ukraine, whilst the premiere of the song will be held shortly after in Azerbaijan. The song will be released as a single. An international team led by famous Ukrainian composer and producer Mikhail Nekrasov is behind the production of the entry. The song has been  written by Azerbaijani Empire Music Entertainment  (EME) team – Sarhan Muradov Orhan Bagirov andEldar himself., whilst the lyrics have been written by Igor Shavrov and Yevgeny Matyushenko. Mikhail Nekrasov has been the man responsible for the sound production of the song.

Zlata Ognevich represented Ukraine at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with her entry Gravity achieving a 3rd place in Malmo, whilst Eldar co represented Azerbaijan at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with Nikki (Nigar Jamal), giving Azerbaijan (The Land of  Fire) its very first Eurovision victory in Dusseldorf with Running Scared.
