Hanna meets the local press

Hanna Pakarinen, the Finnish entrant in this year's contest has finally arrived in Helsinki. She has been touring and arrived in town only last night. Today she met the local press in Lasipalatsi and talked about her coming days' programme.

Hanna Pakarinen kicked off her promotional appearances and met the Finnish press in Lasipalatsi fan center. She posed for photos and answered the journalists' questions. She admits being rather excited about the whole event even if the funniest thing seems to be the fact she must stay in a hotel, only about one kilometer from her own home. She was also joking this is a good occasion to be a tourist and do things she has not have had time for even if she has lived in Helsinki since she won the first Finnish Idol in 2004. Going to Ateneum art gallery is one of those things.

Hanna will start her first Eurovision experience tomorrow with the first rehearsal at 11.30. As always a press conference will follow and after that Hanna will be in the Media Center. Tomorrow night she will, of course, attend the opening party in Finlandia Hall.

On Tuesday she will have her second rehearsal, press conference and interviews in Media centre again. Later that night she will be at the Viking Party in EuroClub from 18.00.

On Wednesday she will visit the fan centre at 20.00 and she will perform at midnight in the EuroClub, so there are many chances to see Hanna live in the coming days before the Eurovision song contest final on Saturday 12th. Hanna will perform 5th her song Leave me alone.

Hanna will perform 5th her song Leave me alonein the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 final on Saturday 12th . She has stated her goal is the top ten, so Finland will stay in the final of the 2008 contest.
