Farid Mammadov, who represented Azerbaijan at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, has uploaded a few covers of this year’s Eurovision entries via his official Instagram account.

Uploaded a few weeks before the 2014 contest took place, Farid Mammadov covered two 2014 Eurovision entries – Rise like a phoenix by the Austrian representative Conchita Wurst and Running by the Hungarian representative András Kállay-Saunders. You can check out the short Eurovision covers below.

Farid Mammadov was selected to represent Azerbaijan at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with his song Hold me after winning the Azerbaijani national selection Milli Seçim Turu. At the grand final of the contest in Malmö, Farid ended in 2nd place with a total of 234 points.
