Exclusive: Talking with Hungary's Magdi Rúzsa

When she left the Serbian province of Vojvodina for Budapest, Magdi Rúzsa felt that the Hungarian talent search Megasztars was her last chance to realize her dream of singing professionally. In the end she won the competition, and since then her career has taken off. Voted best Hungarian Newcomer in 2007 she has the opportunity to enter the Eurovision Song Contest on Hungary's behalf. Magdi took time to talk to esctoday.com last week. The interview is now on-line in our Specials section.

Magdi talks about making videos and her passion for singing in the first part of our two part interview. She also talks about growing up in Serbia and her thoughts on reactions when she was selected to represent Hungary in the the Eurovision Song Contest.
