Mihai Traistariu, the Romanian representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, is preparing his new album that will include his new hit Dimmi si o no and a new song that will be partly in Chinese.

After earning 2,5 million euros from his Eurovision entry “Tornero” and after he changed his old carfor a new purple sport one, Mihai is now ready to release his new album. Even though he is trying hard to get it ready before summer, Mihai’s obligations all over Europe make the release almost impossible withhalf of thesongs yet to be completed. This is what also happened with his new video clip for the song “Dimmi si o no” which is not ready since the song began receiving promotion in January.

One song is partially written in Chinese. The song has a latino rhythm, with a summer dance melody. The lyrics are half Chinese written by a Chinese professor. Mihai Traistariu will include this song on his new album and hopes that it will be released before the summer. After taking his chances in Italian, finishing 4th in the last year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Athens, it remains to see how will he succeed in the Chinese language.
