Johnny Logan won the Eurovision Song Contest three times for Ireland. In 1980 he won singing Shay Healy’s What’s another year and in 1987 his own song Hold me now. In 1992 Linda Martin won with his song Why me. She has previously, in 1984, also represented Ireland with Terminal 3, a song written by Johnny Logan. This song, however, only achieved a second place as it was beaten by three Swedish brothers in golden shoes.
