Valentina Monetta will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest for the 3rd consecutive year, having defended the country in 2012 and 2013. Valentina’s entry Maybe has been composed by Eurovision veteran Ralph Siegel. San Marino will compete in the 1st Semi-final of the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest on 6 May.
San Marino debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008 and is yet to win the event. The country has never qualified for the final. On the last 2 occasions San Marino was 14th and 11th in its semi-final. Will Valentina succeed in taking San Marino to the grand final in 2014?
