Russia: Russian Eurovision party in Moscow

Tonight, the Russian Eurovision party organized by OGAE Russia will see a number of Eurovision stars past and present descend on the Karlson restaurant in Moscow to celebrate the Eurovision Song Contest.

The event will be broadcast on a number of stations throughout Russia, and will feature past Eurovision participants Philip Kirkorov, Ani Lorak, Dima Bilan, Alex Sparrow, Svetlana Loboda, t.A.T.u, Dmitry Koldun and more. Eurovision Song Contest 2014 hopefuls Valentina Monetta from San Marino, Firelight from Malta, Dilara Kazimova from Azerbaijan, Cristina Scarlat from Moldova, Teo from Belarus, Mei Feingold from Israel, and, of course, Russian entrants the Tolmachevy Sisters will all be on hand to promote their Eurovision entries.

During the event, an interactive art exhibition will be unveiled to showcase the open hearts of the Russian public to the rest of Europe. Throughout the evening, guests will melt ice blocks to shape the Eurovision heart with the flags of all the countries of Europe.  The heart will accompany the Tolmachevy Sisters on their journey Copenhagen as a gift from Russia to Europe in a show of peace and unity.
