Scooch have been thrown into a whirlwind media frenzy after overcoming the odds to win the United Kingdom's ticket to Helsinki on Saturday night. They appeared on morning television in the United Kingdom today, and they will be on the popular afternoon show at 17:00 this afternoon. You can also catch them on Thursday night performing live on the Graham Norton show and will be on PopWorld this weekend.

The band defeated fellow outsider, Cyndi in a super-final 'sing-off' on Saturday night after leaving the better known Big Brovas, Liz McClarnon, Brian Harvey and Justin Hawkins & Beverlei Brownfar behind.It was the second year in a row that the United Kingdom voted for the underdog overthe more popular and comercially successful acts.

The only unsigned band in the MYMU competition, Scooch were rank outsiders with the bookies, yet won over the British public with their brand of 'pure pop'.
