DQ, the Danish representative for the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest launched today a new website. The website named after the title of his song, Drama queen, offers people the chance to see the Danish preview video.

The Danish preview videos are normally released a lot closer to the Eurovision Song Contest, but this year they decided to follow the steps from a lot of other countries with an early release.
In the official preview video you see the song Drama queen performed by DQ wearing different dresses. Maybe one of them will be DQ’s dress for Helsinki? A short video behind the camera that shows clips from themakings of the video is also available to watch at the website.

On the website the lyrics for the original song can be found along with lyrics for a Finnish version.
It is not yet known if the song will be recorded in Finnish, but who knows if DQ can be talked into singing it sometime during the week in Helsinki?

The 2007 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix has been a big success in Denmark and as previously reported here on esctoday.com the CD with all 16 songs sold gold in just one week. The surprising victory for DQ has been followed by a lot of enthusiasm and among the Danish fans there is a stronger believe than ever that this year they are battling for a top spot in Helsinki.

Due to Sidsel’s placement in Athens Denmark will have to qualify through the semi-final where they have been awarded with the 12th starting position mixed in between Albania and Croatia.
