The exclusive poll made by esctoday.com directly after the dress rehearsal tonight points out The Ark as the winners of Melodifestivalen 2007. The Ark received the most votes with their song The Worrying Kind. They are now the clear favourites to carry home the top score of the televoting tomorrow night.
After the first public rehearsal tonight in the Globe arena in Stockholm esctoday.com asked the audience about their favourite song in the Melodifestivalen final. According to the result of the poll, the big battle tomorrow willbe between The Ark and Måns Zelmerlöw. Andreas Johnson, who finished in third place last year got a great reception in the Globe arena and finished third in our poll.
Sonja Aldén and Sanna Nielsen, who got the last two tickets via Andra chansen (The Second Chance round) last week, seem to have won a lot of sympathies last weekend and finished in shared fourth place tonight.
Former Melodifestivalen entrants Anna Book, Sanna Nielsen and Tommy Nilsson were big favourites in the arena during their performances, but didn’t receive many votes at all in our poll after the show. ASarah Dawn Finer had a tough evening and her voice was obviously affected by her cold.
A total of 303 people were included in the poll.
In the competition tomorrow night the televoters have 50% of the power. Half of the points will be delivered by 11 local juries who will be represented on stage by former Melodifestivalen participants.
