Just minutes ago the third semifinal of Melodifestivalen 2007 started in Örnsköldsvik and with 5000 people in the Swedbank Arena tonight it will be a magnificent show. 8 acts will battle it out for two tickets to Globen and two tickets to the Second Chance final in Nyköping. Big favourites tonight is Nanne Grönvall and Magnus Carlsson.

The opening act is about to finish and Kristian Luuk is will now introduce the show to thescreaming audience in SwedbankArenaand to the TV-viewers with a couple ofmore funjokes then last week and the atmosphere is fantastic here. Two Pop Idol boys are going to give Magnus and Nanne a tough game tonight so lets see what Måns Zelmerlöf and Sebastian can do to make this a bit more exciting tonight.

First out on stage was former Pop Idol participant Måns Zelmerlöf. He performed the schlager disco song Cara Mia for an hysterical audience that was screaming and clapping during the song.

Next up is the girls of MissMatch that has been compared with Tatu in Swedish media. The performed their song Drop dead which is a pop rock song with a somewhat silly choreography and a choir with red and white faces amuses some of us.

7th time for Magnus Carlsson in Melodifestivalen. Tonight in what is said to be his best MF song ever Live forever. The audience gave him a warm welcome and was clapping hand throughout the song. Magnus did a magnificant performance a showed off his strong voice.

Time for some arabic tunes in Melodifestivalen with the group Sheida and their entry Mana armani taha (In my dreams). They performed the song well but the response from the audience was a big jawn not the most traditional MF song we have heard.

Ooohh some modern dance music with the song The arrival in Melodifestivalen. Can't stop dancing and singing to this song Good performance by The Attic feat. Therese in a sparkling dress.

Time for the second former Pop Idol participant Sebastian and his song When the night comes falling. A really good performance with a wild audience. Sebastian also did a run in the audience during the song. The biggest round of applause so far tonight. In Pop Idol Sebastian was second and Måns was third.

Sonja Aldén has given us För att du finns (Because your there) tonight's only ballad. A fantastic performance in a powerful song. The lights and stage was perfect with Sonja and the choir in white. This is the dark horse tonight.

She is back on stage in Melodifestivalen. Nanne Grönvall kicked on stage performing her song Jag måste kyssa dig (I have to kiss you). She had a very warm welcome and the audience went wild clapping and screaming during the song. Nanne did a very professional performance on stage and that raises the song that would be nothing without Nanne.

First round of televoting is over and 3 songs has been eliminated and those are:
