Today marked the third day of rehearsals for the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Ta’ Qali, Malta.

The day started with a run through of all 20 songs. Later, some of Friday’s and Saturday’s guest artists rehearsed including Red Electrik and The Crowns. In the evening, the first dress rehearsal of the semi final took place. Tomorrow morning, the second dress rehearsal will take place, with Emmelie de Forest and Maria Yaremchuk to rehearse for their respective shows later in the afternoon.

Today it has been announced that the Red Carpet Show will return and will be aired live on TVM on Saturday at 18:05 CET. All 14 finalists will be present along with Emmelie de Forest, Maria Yaremchuk and Sebalter. The show will be hosted by Joseph Chetcuti who took part in 2009 and 2011 with Baklava.

The Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 will take place on 7 and 8 February with the semi final on Friday and the Final on Saturday both being broadcasted live on TVM at 20:45 CET.
