Tonight, the first Slovene semi final was held. Twelve songs have competed and the top 7, chosen by televoting made it to the final. Ema 2007 will be held this Saturday. Tomorrow, the second semi final will take part.
The following songs made it to the final:
- Sebastian – Naj svet zakrièi (to be performed number 5)
- Alya –Vizija (to be performed number 1)
- Zablujena Generacija – Kdo hoèe plesati z menoj (to be performed number 9)
- Alenka Gotar – Cvet z juga (to be performed number 11)
- Martin Peroviæ – Zadeni me (to be performed number 13)
- Dean Vivod & Tonus Kitaris – Hitmejker (to be performed number 3)
- Don Corleone – Bella mia (to be performed number 7)

Slovenia is one of the six unlucky countries that failed to qualify in every semi final broadcast so far. An�ej De�an finished 16th in the 2006 qualifier round with the song Mr. Nobody. Therefore, Slovenia will have to enter the semi final once again in Helsinki.
