A few days only after having announced she had to cancel her international tour due to health issues, Belgian superstar Lara Fabian, who represented Luxembourg in 1988, has just sent to the radios the third single extracted from her latest album Le secret. Entitled La vie est là the song is the follow up single to the tracks Deux ils, deux elles and Danse.
Released in 2013, the album Le secret marked the comeback of Lara Fabian in the French speaking music industry after several years of success in Russia and the CIS. Though topping the French music charts on the week of its release, the album has only sold around 60,000 copies so far. The concept of the album, a sort of an intimate opera-rock, could be the reason for such average sales.
With the cancellation of the tour, the release of the particularly dark single La vie est là sounds like the singer is saying goodbye and will not reappear before long until she totally recovers and is ready to offer new songs to her fans.
