The final of the Swedish Melodifestival 2003 will most likely be held in the Globen Arena in Stockholm, just like this year.

The Swedish newspaper Expressen wrote that SVT will use the same selection procedure as last year to select their participant for the Eurovision Song Contest next year in Latvia.

Candidates for the pre-selections – probably four will be held – are the cities of Växjö, Göteborg, Karlstad, Norrköping, Örebro, Falun, Leksand, Sundsvall, Umeå and Luleå according to Expressen and ESC-DK.
