Tonight, 27 December, BBC Four are dedicating a night to ABBA with three hours of their programming to be about the group who won the Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden in 1974.

The evening starts at 9pm GMT with the documentary The joy of ABBA, which explores how the group changed the world of pop in the 1970s and 1980s and their domination of the British charts.

This will be followed by ABBA at the BBC, a collection of the most memorable performances by the group that were originally broadcasted by the BBC, including their Eurovision Song Contest winning song Waterloo as well as fly-on-the-wall footage and interviews.

The evening ends with another documentary, Agnetha: ABBA & after, and focuses purely on Agnetha Faltskog. The documentary will look at her career in the group and as a solo artist.
