MKRTV TV has announced further information with regards to the FYR Macedonian final for 2007. Karolina Goceva, who represented FYR Macedonia in Tallinn in 2002 with “Od Nas Zavisi” is back, as are several past national final entrants.

Karolina will sing the song Mojot svet in the FYR Macedonian final, whereas Jovan Jovanov, who composed Tose Proeski's Life…, which came 14th in ESC 2004, will sing 1, 2, 3 along with Maja Sazdanovska. Lambe Alabakovski (national final 2006), Tamara (one of thesix performers shortlisted in 2005), Gjorgji Krstevski (national final 2002), Ivana Andonovska (national final 2000) and Zoran Stamenkovski (national final2000 as a member of the group Magija) are also amongst the finalists.

MKRTV will also include 3 wildcards in the final, which have been offered to Maja Grozdanovska-Panceva, Biba Dodeva and Tuna.

FYR Macedonia's final will take place on February 24th in the Universal Hall in Skopje, where televoting alone will pick who goes to Helsinki.

Whoever does make the trip to Finland will have to start in the semi, as Elena Risteska's 12th place in Athens wasn't good enough to ensure direct qualification this year.
