1990’s
During the 1990s Cyprus had a good mixture of results by not making the top 15 only on two contests. Also the 1990s would be the only decade in which Cyprus entered all ten years.
Cyprus singer Evridiki represented Cyprus twice in the 90’s (1992 and 1994) and placed 11th in both contests and only had 6 points difference between her final results. She also represented the country in Helsinki, during the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest.
In 1997 Hara and Andreas Konstantinou performed the song Mana Mou which placed 5th in the final with 98 points making it the second entry to place 5th for Cyprus.
