UK X Factor 2012 contestant & Celebrity Big Brother winner Rylan Clark who has put his singing career to one side the past few months has spoke out today to say that he is up for Eurovision!

Rylan has said today I would love to do Eurovision. I’ve grown up with it. But it would have to be done the right way, not one of these soppy songs that Andrew Lloyd Webber keeps writing.

 The X factor contestant went on to add: Who is picking the songs? You’ve got to go for that Euro sound. It’s definitely something I’d love to do. Why not?

Rylan Clark first came to light when he auditioned for X Factor UK with the song Kissing You by Des’ree where he won the judges over and ended up finishing a very respectable 5^th place in the live shows. After X Factor Rylan went on to appear in the eleventh series of Celebrity Big Brother which he went on to win then went on to present Big Brothers Bit on the Side.
