A difficult choice: Sweden versus Sweden

The battle about Europe. Afro-Dite against Sahlene – Sweden versus Sweden. “We're going to win”, Afro-Dite say. “Forget it. I'm winning”, Sahlene replies.

History repeats itself. Last year in Copenhagen, Sweden had two chances of winning. Friends for Sweden and Antique for Greece.

This year it is the same thing. Afro-Dite for Sweden and Swedish girl Sahlene (Anna Cecilia Sahlin) for Estonia.
“Sure, if I do win, it'd first and foremostly be a victory for Estonia and the Estonians. But also a victory for Sweden”, Sahlene says. She and Afro-Dite are some of the top favourites.

Sahlene knows Kayo and Gladys from before. They used to sing together in the gospel choire One Voice eight years ago.
The four girls comment on each other's songs this year.
“The Swedish song is a good up-tempo song and is perfect for a contest like this”, Sahlene says. “Besides, the firls look stunning.” Kayo replies with, “you're too kind”, and all the Afro-Dite girls smile shyly.

Gladys is the Afro-Dite girl who has faith in Sahlene's song. “Sahlene is a great girl with an awesomely good song. She might win, but hey, that can't happen because we're taking the first place”, Gladys says with a twinkle in her eyes.

Regardless of who wins, a victory will bring great international success – and the four girls know that. “Still, it's nothing we think about that much”, Sahlene says. “First up is the contest – and winning it of course.”
Afro-Dite quickly shake their heads.
“No, no”, they say, “that victory is ours.”
