Individual tickets for the Final of the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest sold out in 13 minutes for tickets available to the Finnish public and 20 minutes for international fans. Ticket packages including tickets for the final sold out within two hours. There are few tickets remaining for the semi-final, and approximately half of the semi-final packages are still available.
Tickets for the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest went on sale at 11:00 CET today, phone lines opened to order tickets for the upcoming event. "In terms of the amount of phone calls we received, as far as I know, this never happened before in Finland" Kjell Ekholm of YLE said to Eurovision.tv "We are very relaxed and happy that everything worked out fine, despite the big pressure both from abroad and within Finland. We are running out of tickets quickly, so everyone who would like to attend the 52nd Eurovision Song Contest should act quickly"
Tickets for the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest Semi-Final and several dress rehearsals can still be ordered by telephone. Any remaining tickets will go on sale on Tuesday through the internet, although it is expected that most, if not all, tickets will be sold out by then.
