JESC 2006 : Serbia and Malta rehearse

Serbia and Malta have finished their first rehersals performing live on stage.


The stage is blue with letters on the background. The performance was nice and the audience enjoyed it.

About The Fearless Teachers of Foreign Languages :

NEUSTRAŠIVI UCITELJI STRANIH JEZIKA, the Fearless teachers of foreign languages, are Stefan, Aleksandar, Ilija, Aleksa and Dalibor. In 2005, they founded a band in a small town called Aleksandrovac, 250 kilometres away from the capital of Serbia. They have successfully participated in many school shows. The first big competition they entered was the national selection for the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Vrsac.

They were all born in 1995 and they go to the Aca Aleksic Elementary School in Aleksandrovac. In addition, they take English lessons. Stefan and Ilija play football and Aleksandar plays handball. Stefan and Aleksandar are the members of the Children's Theatre Company. They like listening to rap and rock music and they are the fans of Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Guns'n' Roses and Tokio Hotel.

They are involved with music because they like to play and socialize. They plan to continue writing their own songs and release a CD one day.


The last rehearsal for the day now, and it's Sophie from Malta. Sophie seems to be ready for the contest and the audience was impressed by her moves.

About Sophie :

Sophie was born on the island of Malta on 20th April 1994 to a Maltesemother and a British father. Other members of her familly include Charlotte , her sister , and Lucky (the cat).

Sophie leads a very busy life , while enjoying her regular school activities , quality time with her parents , and gorges herself with Pizza & Pasta , and liters upon liters of water.
