Austria announced song://null.zwei

Song://null.zwei will be the name of the Austrian national final in March 2002 ! Broadcaster ORF announced that “this will be the coolest pop event of Austria”. After skipping a year, Austria wants to have a better result and try to win after 35 years with “Merci chérie”.

The participants in 2000, the Rounder Girls, ended up at the 14th place and didn”t get enough points to made sure they would be present in Copenhagen. This year, they want to make their strong comeback. ORF will contact record companies this summer to send in songs for the national final.
