The first pictures of the stage for the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Romania have been revealed. Inside the Sala Polivalenta arena in Bucharest have been revealed. Junioreurovision.tv took the pictures whilst testing the spycam, first seen in Helsinki, that will be used during the live filming of the show on 2nd December.

A huge team of technicians is working on the construction of the stage, lighting and technical facilities necessary for the show. This team will grow in the upcoming two weeks as Bucharest prepares for it's first Eurovision Song Contest experience.

In recent months, the Sala Polivalenta arena has been renovated to meet all the conditions and expectations of a modern concert hall, and to ensure that the Junior Eurovision Song Contest is every bit as modern and dynamic in presentation as any other Eurovision Song Contest show.
