According to esconnet.dk we can tell you, that there will not be a common quiz show, about the Eurovision Song Contest. The event should have been broadcast on 20th April, 2007. But not enough members would take part.

Jeroen Depraetere says to esconnet.dk "Unfortunately not enough EBU members were interested in participating in this programme, making it too expensive for the interested members to realise this project. Also the different ways on how the Eurovision Song Contest isperceived in different countries, makes this a difficult contest to produce."

DR toldesconnet.dk that Denmark did not want to take part in this event, as they didn't want to make a national TV quiz about Eurovision Song Contest.

Jeroen added that some countries might make a national quiz show aboutthe Eurovision Song Contest, and, if they became a success, maybe Test The Song Contest will be broadcast in 2008.
