PeR, who are representing Latvia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmo have sent a special message to esctoday.com readers.
The band (whose name stands for please explain the rhythm), formed in 2009, has previously taken part in the Latvian final three times, before winning this year with their song Here we go, which they will perform in semi final 2 on 16 May in Malmo.
