14-year-old Molly Sanden is in preparation to represent Sweden at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, after winning TV4's selection for the contest with 35% of the votes.

Only the top three songs were announced in the result, leaving Molly on top ahead of:

2. Kan det bli vi två by Bianca Wahlgren-Ingrosso & Malin Eriksson (16%)
3. Svartvitt by Karin Aldheimer & Viktor Abrahamsson (12%)

All the other entries were left in joint fourth position on the scoreboard with no placings given.

Carola, watch out!
Just a day after winning the contest, Sweden's own Mr Melodifestivalen himself, Bert Karlsson, was keen to announce "Carola, watch out! This voice must be in Melodifestivalen". However, Molly will have to wait until at least 2008, when, at 16, she will be old enough to enter.

Molly now goes forward to become Sweden's entry at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Meanwhile, national broadcaster SVT prepares its own candidate for the Pan-Scandinavian contest jointly hosted with Norway and Denmark.
