A thousand spectators will be able to buy tickets to watch the selection of Belgium's junior participant for Romania, presented by Ilse Van Hoecke and Jelle Cleymans this October 1st.

The venue itself, the Grenslandhallen in Hasselt, already has a solid connection to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, lying nextdoor to the 2005 JESC venue Ethiasarena. Competing in the hall this October will be seven soloists, one duo and two four-piece groups, according to broadcaster Eén's Ludo Porrez, speaking to eurosong.be.

The children's next public outing on the road to Romania will be August 11th, when they are presented to the Belgian press at the coastal restort of Blankenberge.
