Anna Vissi, the super star who will represent the host country at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, has just finished her press conference. She took seat behind the press table all alone and there was a massive amount of attention for the singer.
None of the rehearsals were attended by so many people as Anna Vissi's. Not only a large amount of fans and journalists took seat in the arena, along with video- and photo cameras, but the president of Greek broadcaster ERT also entered the arena to see how 'his' artist was doing.
During the press conference, Anna Vissi thanked her fans and God, for everything that has been given to her. A journalist asked what a woman who has everything in her life could wish more? "Not to lose everything", Anna wisely replied. Her statement brought her a big applause.
Anna also explained how important this competition for her is. "I really, really want to win this contest", she said, again bringing her a big applause.
During the press conference, Anna received several gifts from journalists and fans. When she came near to the end of the press conference, which she gave on her own without anyone else attending behind the table, she said: "is there another press conference tomorrow?"
