This event is considered to be the biggest event ever held in Malta connected to the Eurovision Song Contest. The official Maltese national fan club, Ogae Malta is affiliated to the international OGAE circuit.

In the Grand Eurovision Show, 35 performers and more than 50 VIP'scelebrated the 6 years of success of this local fan club while giving a tribute to the late Ray Ashley, who passed away a few days ago. Designer Ray Ashley was the person behind the outfits worn by Debbie Scerri (Malta 97) and Claudette Pace (Malta 2000).

As a tribute to the artist whose name will be eternally connected to the local EurovisionSong Contest scene, guests were kindly asked to wear outfits designed by Ray Ashley.

The event promised to be one of the biggest events ever with autographs and photo opportunities with personalities for all attendees. Dj Charlo, the Maltese dj who will play his set at the Euroclub in Athens during the Eurovision week, will also entertain the crowd by playing all-time Eurovision favourites throughout the night.
