As the Eurovision Song Contest comes closer, many television- and radio stations throughout Europe planned special programmes featuring our beloved competition! Although most likely incomplete, we're giving you an overview of what to expect in the upcoming week.

Tomorrow (Monday), German radio station Bayern 1 goes deep into the history of the Eurovision Song Contest. As from 10:00 to 19:00 and from 20:00 to midnight you can hear nothing but music from the contest's history. You can listen to Bayern 1 here.

From 1st to 5th of May, Spanish channel TVE Internacional broadcasts the 37 preview videos in five episodes. The programmes start around 13:30 CET.

On 4th and 11th May, broadcasters NRK, SVT, YLE, RÙV and DR air the previews as well in a common broadcast. Danes and Norwegians can watch NRK 2 at 20:05 CET, Swedes can tune in at 14:30 at SVT 1. YLE airs its own preview show on TV2 around 19:00 local time. On 6th of May, YLE airs the Muistathan-gaala to present the best Finnish Eurovision Song Contest entries. The show will be aired at TV2 and starts at 18:45 local time.

As reported earlier this week, ETV (Estonia) already started to air the previews. More information about what ETV has to offer for the upcoming days can be found here.

Tonight at 20:30 local time you can watch Lejn il-Eurovision at the Maltese public channel. The show will focuss on the weekend when several Eurovision Song Contest participants paid a visit to Malta to promote their entries.

UPDATE: Today, TVR (Romania) airs Drumul spre Atena in two parts. The first part starts at 9:30, the second part at 14:30 local time.
