Tommy Körberg, who represented Sweden in 1969 with Judy min vän and in 1988 with Stad i ljus, intends to take part in next year's Melodifestivalen with a song written and composed by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulveaus of ABBA.
“19 years after my first participation I took part again in 1988. Now, again 19 years later I am ready to enter this world again”, Körberg said.
Tommy Körberg is the first name mentioned for next year's Swedish national final. If Sweden will select its 2007 representative using the same format seems likely, but is officially unknown yet.
