Treble, the group that will represent the Netherlands at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, was involved in a car crash this morning. Around 8:30, their promo tour bus was hit by a caravan on the highway between Oslo and Stockholm. Niña, Caroline and Djem started their pan-European promotion tour earlier this week.

At the time of the accident, seven people were sleeping in the bus. “The weather was very bad and the roads were slippery”, Caroline said. The driver saw a car with caravan approaching. Passing the car, it hit the front of the camper, damaging a window. The car with caravan ended up in the slope.

Fortunately, no one was injured. If this accident will affect Treble's tour schedule is unknown.
