�eljko Joksimović, who represented Serbia & Montenegro in 2004 with Lane moje, composed and produced the song that Hari Vare�anovic will sing for Bosnia & Herzegovina at this year's Eurovision Song Contest. Yesterday, �eljko arrived in the Netherlands for a concert and of course, esctoday.com was there to pick him up from the airport!

Instead of 11:00, the JAT plane with �eljko and his band touched down at 13:30 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Tired but excited, his band immediately went to Woerden, where they gave a concert for the Serbian community in the Netherlands, while �eljko and his manager Djizo stayed for a quick lunch with your editor.

“In 2004, everything was so excited and busy, but this year, things are different”, �eljko explains. “Taking part as a composer is simply different to being the performer”, he adds. About the song and the singer: “Hari is a great singer, very experienced, and we have a great ballad for him”, �eljko says. According to newspaper Dnevni Avaz, the song is called Lejla, but �eljko and Djizo decided to keep it silent until the official announcement.

Today, the 'delegation' will fly to Luxembourg, tomorrow they will fly to Sarajevo, where Hari Vare�anovic's song will be presented Sunday evening in a special show, hosted by Mario Drmac and Dejan Kukric.

UPDATE: The working title of the song is Lejla, but the Bosnian audience will get the chance to pick the most suitable title. The ethnic ballad has an instrumental opening and has several orchestral parts with oriental instruments. In the bridge of the song, the arrangement becomes more intensive, ending in a vocal climax.
