Three semifinals and a second chance round are over; all that remains is the grand final. Only eight of the original eighteen artists still stand, and tonight, Norway will decide which of them will go forth to be the Norwegian representative at the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens.

The songs and order of performance given by NRK are as follows:

1. Trine Rein – Here for the show
2. Hans Petter Moen and Kim Arne Hagen – I hear music
3. Tor Endresen – Dreaming of a new tomorrow
4. Queentastic – Absolutely fabulous
5. Birgitte Einarsen – Saturday
6. Christine Guldbrandsen – Alvedansen
7. Veronica Akselsen – Like a wind
8 .Geir Rønning & Jorun Erdal – Lost and found

There are several favourites, but the vote could go in any direction as most of the performers have strong camps of support.

The show takes place tonight at the Oslo Spektrum, which was, incidentally, the venue for the 1996 Eurovision Song Contest. The winner will proceed directly to the international final in Athens thanks to Wig Wam's ninth place for Norway in Kyiv last year.

You can watch the final live on NRK's Nett-TV service at http://www.nrk.no/mgp. Note that you may be required to register.
