Today RTVSLO presented previews of the songs that will compete in the national final of Slovenia, EMA 2006, on Slovenain radio channel 2.
The final will be shown next Sunday 20:00 CET on Slovenian channel 1. This year the rules state that all songs should be sung in the Slovenian language at EMA 2006.
Slovenia will take part in the semifinal on 18th May, as last year's entrant Omar Naber failed to qualify for the final with his song Stop. And as their 2004 entrant Platin also missed out with Stay forever, Slovenia will be bidding to take part in their first final Eurovision night for three years.
