Finnish broadcaster YLE revealed more details about the upcoming selection.

Jane will compete in the third semifinal on 27th January with VIP and Sivuoireita. Marita Taavitsainen will compete on 3rd February with Enkeli Itkee and Antaudun. The lyrics of Marita Taavitsainen's first song are writen by Kaija, who participated for Finland in the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest.

� Semifinal 4 – 3rd February
� Final – 10th March

Last year, Geir Rönning represented Finland in Kyiv at the 50th Eurovision Song Contest but failed to qualify for the final with his song Why?. Finland will therefore participate in the semifinal of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, to be held on the 18th May in Athens.
