'18 superb acts'
NRK is currently working with the artists to create “18 superb acts”, something the Norwegian audience can “look forward to”, accoring to NRK's Melodi Grand Prix 2006 team.

The winner will represent Norway in the final of the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, which takes place in Athens, Greece, on 20th May. Norway came 9th with 125 points in this year's final, just like Denmark.
