Fabrizio Faniello, who has been asked to participate in the forthcoming television show Congratulations, reacted on his invitation for the anniversary show. Yesterday, we already wrote that Fabrizio, along with many other singers, has been invited to join the celebrations.

The Maltese singer has been invited by host broadcaster DR to perform his 2001 Eurovision Song Contest entry Another summer night as part of a medley of various tracks with the DR orchestra. Several Eurovision Song Contest participants will sing a medley of songs together. During the medley, artists can sing a part of their song for approximately 50 seconds.

“I am very proud and honoured to be invited to the 50th anniversary show in Copenhagen as it not only shows that the fans liked my 2001 entry but also that after the Eurovision Song Contest, my music, my performances and promotion work over the past years in several countries has continued to flourish,” commented Fabrizio who is currently putting the finishing touches to his brand new CD album Believe, which will be ready for international release in October.

Congratulations will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 22nd October.
