A Polish newspaper stated that Tatiana Okupnik, front singer of Blue Café, who represented Poland in the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest, will quit the band.
Tatiana will perform in the band's concerts until the end of the year. At the same time, the group is already looking for a new front singer. She will be part of the new album of the band, which will be released in spring. Nevertheless, Tatiana will still play a role for the band as she will write all the lyrics for the songs included in the new album.
This album will be the third one by Blue Café. The band is quite succesful, they had several hits in Poland. Despite that, in the Eurovision Song Contest, they only reached 17th position with Love song.
