Helena Paparizou has entered the Flemish single charts at the 18th spot. My number one is this week's highest entry in Flanders! The Greek Eurovision Song Contest winner is expected to enter the charts in Wallonia next week.

In the final of the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest, Belgium awarded Helena Paparizou with the maximum 12 points. The success in Kyiv is now also getting rewarded in the charts. My number one is this week's highest new entry in the official Flemish single charts, making an entrance at the 18th spot.

The question remains whether Helena Paparizou will be able to repeat the success of Ruslana in Flanders. Last year, Ruslana occupied the first position for no less than 10 weeks and was awarded a gold record for Wild dances. Ruslana's follow-up singles Dance with the wolves and The same star also reached the Top 50.

The French speaking Belgians, who were responsible for this years Belgian Eurovision Song Contest entry, discovered Helena Paparizou too. My number one reached the first place in the Ultratip charts, the ranking for songs ready to enter the Top 40. Ortal from France is rising from the 9th to the 7th spot in the same ranking, with Chacun pense à soi.
